| dc.description.abstract | En este análisis se identifican y examinan las principales tendencias de investigación relacionadas con proceso de ensilaje de residuos de café. El ensilaje es un proceso utilizado para la conservación de materiales vegetales producidos estacionalmente. Este análisis se llevó a cabo utilizando herramientas de vigilancia tecnológica. Se consultaron y descargaron publicaciones científicas de la base de datos Scopus®, empleando una ecuación de búsqueda con palabras clave específicas para el tema de estudio. Se recopiló un corpus de información relevante, abarcando todas las categorías de publicaciones (artículos, capítulos de libro, libros, revisiones, ponencias), y se analizó su dinámica y actividad en el periodo 1963-2023. | spa |
