Abstract
Este estudio se realizo en tres localidades del valle geográfico el río cauca: Villa rica, suelo ácido de pH. 5.3; Centro experimental de Palmira ICA, suelo normal de pH 5.3; centro experimental de Palmira ICA, suelo normal de pH. 6.8 y palmaseca, suelo solido o de pH. 8.0.
El objetivo del estudio fué evaluar el comportamiento agronómico y el potencial de rendimiento y 7 variedades de soya, en suelos ácidos y sódicos en comparación con suelos normales. Los genotipos utilizados fueron las líneas L-119, L-124, L-128, L-129, L-130, L-131 y la variedad comercial ICA tunia como testigo. Estas variedades fueron obtenidas en el centro experimental del ICA en Palmira. La semillas se Inocularon al momento de la siembra con la cepa CIAT-51, de la bacteria Rhizobium japonicum.
